Insycle’s RevOps Acceleration Apps Automate Critical CRM Processes

They take the data that you clean with Insycle to the next level by allowing you to use that data to automate critical business processes.

We currently have two RevOps Acceleration Apps, with more in the works. The two available apps are:

  • Assign: A lead and ticket routing solution that includes advanced features such as deep granular segmentation, advanced rep availability settings, smart lead assignment and workload balancing, and full automation.
  • Associate: An account-based marketing solution that allows you to associate any record with another in advanced ways, automatically. This allows you to ensure clear and consistent relationships between contacts, companies, and deals in your database.

These apps are designed as add-ons to the standard plans that include our data management modules. They address the foundational issues of data management and also target critical business processes, propelling businesses toward growth with advanced features that give them more power to manipulate, manage, and optimize their CRM data.

Insycle’s Assign app allows you to segment incoming leads in advanced ways, using any field in your database as a variable in your lead routing efforts.

Once you've decided which leads to route, you need to determine where to route them. That starts with determining which reps are available for new assignments.

Advanced Rep Availability for Faster First Response Times

Insycle allows you to set availability for each sales rep, including working hours and out-of-office days. This reduces first response time, since reps who aren’t available won’t be assigned leads.

And marking unavailable dates is as simple as selecting the date for a specific rep.

On sick days, you can quickly toggle the rep unavailable as well, avoiding the process of removing the rep from your CRM lead routing automations, of which there may be dozens:

Rep Workload Balancing for Better Customer Sales Experiences

For sophisticated lead routing, you'll want to consider sales rep workloads and availability when assigning leads. Over-assigning leads to a particular rep slows your whole sales organization down and can lead to disagreements in commission-based sales roles. But with Insycle, you can automate lead assignment and balancing across all reps in your organization.

For routing, you have three assignment rule options:

  • Balanced: Insycle balances assignments between selected reps, accounting for current levels.
  • Even: Insycle distributes assignments evenly among selected sales reps.
  • Random: Insycle randomly assigns each lead to a selected sales rep.
  • Weighted: Assign different weights to different sales reps for more control over assignment balancing.

The balanced rule also gives you more control over the time period Insycle considers when balancing leads across your selected representatives.

This provides unmatched control over workload distribution.

Automate Assignments for Better Revenue Operations

Insycle allows for routing templates to be executed automatically, on a set schedule, running hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.

After building routing templates, HubSpot customers can bundle them into an Insycle Recipe and inject them into their HubSpot Workflows, so that leads are automatically analyzed and routed after they hit the database—and before you send them your first communication.

Using Insycle’s Workflows integration, there's almost no lag between a new lead and its routing to the correct owner.

If you don't have Workflows access, or need to route leads in another CRM, you can still automate Insycle Recipes on a set schedule.

Associate RevOps Acceleration App for Account-Based Marketing

Insycle’s Associate app, another part of the RevOps Acceleration Apps, allows you to associate any record with another record in your database by using any field as a matching field. This capability is key for account-based marketing applications and includes contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.

Identify and Match Associations Using Any Field

Insycle gives you granular controls to identify and match associations that are missing in your database. For example, you may use your email domain and the company domain to identify missing associations.

But those aren’t the only fields you can use. Choose any fields in your database as potential matching fields for associations and relationships with other records.

Advanced Bulk Association With Unparalleled Control

The Associate app also gives you unparalleled control over associations, allowing you to add, remove, or replace associations in bulk and automatically.

Additionally, Insycle’s Associate app gives you the ability to use both exact and similar matching, ignoring things like symbols or numbers when matching, or even select a portion of the field that you would like to match.

With multiple templates that match associations using several fields, you will catch more missing associations than if you relied solely on a CRM's default association matching options.

Copy Values Between Associated Fields

Sometimes, when making associations, you will want to ensure that both records have the same data for specific fields. With Insycle’s Associate app, you can do this automatically, everytime an association is made.
